David F. Berke, Ph.D., earned his doctorate in psychology from Alliant University in San Diego, California and has been in clinical and forensic practice since 1980. He is a forensic expert in the criminal justice field. He is a member of forensic court panels for the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, the Superior Court of San Mateo County, the Superior Court of San Francisco County, the Superior Court of Alameda County, and the Superior Court of Marin County. He has testified in all of the aforementioned courts. He has 13 years of experience in working for the Parole Outpatient Clinic, which is the mental health component of the parole department. He also has more than 10 years of clinical experience working as a psychologist for California state prisons.
